Trademarks

“TiltView”, “CollectionVault”, “Nexus Game Theory”, the TiltView wordmark, and the family of product names used on this site are trademarks of Nexus Game Theory, LLC. Third-party trademarks referenced in pitch materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Patent

The TiltView interaction model is the subject of U.S. Patent Application No. 63/904,168. Partners licensing TiltView license rights under the filing as part of the platform agreement. See the patent page for what the claim covers and what licensees receive.

Site liability

The content on tiltview.tv describes a product still in active development. Specific features, capabilities, and shipping timelines for any prospect deployment are negotiated as part of a written partnership agreement — the marketing site is descriptive, not a binding specification. Live demos and pitch showcases reflect the current state of the platform at the time of viewing.

How we handle data on the marketing site is covered in the privacy policy. How any TiltView-powered deployment treats collector data is covered in the trust page — every partner deployment ships with the same trust commitments by default.
