Acceptable use

You may read, browse, and reference content on this site for legitimate evaluation purposes — learning about TiltView, sharing internally at your company, considering partnership. You may not scrape the site for bulk redistribution, attempt to access non-public surfaces, or use the site to harm Nexus Game Theory or its partners.

Intellectual property

Everything on tiltview.tv — the copy, the demos, the code mockups, the design system, the wordmark, the product names — belongs to Nexus Game Theory, LLC. You may reference and discuss the platform; you may not reproduce the design or claim authorship of TiltView technology. Specific licensing terms for actual TiltView technology are negotiated separately under a partnership agreement.

Patent reference

The TiltView interaction model is the subject of U.S. Patent Application No. 63/904,168. References on this site to the filing are descriptive. Nothing here grants a license to the patent-pending technology — partnership agreements do that explicitly. See the patent page.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that specific features described will appear in any given partner deployment, that demos will work flawlessly on every device, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Specific commitments to a partner come through a written agreement, not through site content.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus Game Theory, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the site (which is $0 — the site is free to browse).

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The updated date at the bottom of this page moves when we do. Material changes get a brief note describing what changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Specific dispute resolution mechanisms for partnership agreements are set in those agreements.
