What we collect, and what we don’t.

What we collect on this site

When you browse tiltview.tv, the standard request data your browser sends — user agent, viewport size, referrer, timestamp — reaches our infrastructure for caching and performance purposes. We don’t set tracking cookies. We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) to count visits in aggregate — it doesn’t fingerprint visitors or follow you across other sites. If you submit the contact form, what you typed lands with us in plain text so we can reply.

What we don’t collect

We don’t track your activity across other sites. We don’t sell visitor data. We don’t profile visitors for advertising. There is no “data broker” path here — nothing about your visit becomes someone else’s product.

Pitch showcase URLs

Some prospect-specific pitches live at private URLs sent in direct outreach. Visits to those URLs are visible to us so we know whether outreach is connecting. We don’t share those signals with anyone outside Nexus Game Theory and we don’t use them for any purpose besides knowing whether to follow up.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the name, email, and message you provide reach us via email. We use that to reply. We don’t add submitted emails to any mailing list. We don’t pass them to third parties.

Children

The TiltView marketing site is intended for adults representing brands and IP holders. It’s not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material about how the marketing site handles data, the updated date at the bottom of this page moves and we’ll add a note describing what changed.
