Partnership

How partnerships
work.

What we bring. What you bring. Who owns what when we’re done. How the deal is structured. Plain English, no surprises, no “contact us for pricing” smoke. The first call goes to your IP.

What we bring

The whole platform, on day one.

Everything below is proven in live partner deployments. You pick it up and point it at your IP.

The patent-pending engine

The chassis

The lens

The pack ceremony

Set hero compositions

Social-ready sharing

The studio library

Accessibility from the start

Our ongoing engineering

What each of these covers →

The engine

Cards that respond to your hand like real objects. Foil, shine, video scrub, fire that floats over the art. 33+ shipped card treatments to start from.

The chassis

A full collection platform — browse, filter, owned vs locked state, daily routine, notifications, share kit, marketplace integration, profile editor, achievements, stats.

The lens

The viewer collectors live inside. Seven compass styles, a thumb pad for tilting, quick actions, slideshow, autoplay, full controller support.

The pack ceremony

Six-beat opening with layered audio, mobile 2-1-2 reveal, accessibility captions for deaf collectors, batch multi-pack with cross-batch chase detection.

Set hero compositions

Seven editorial templates for the first impression of every set you ship. Each reads like a magazine cover built around your art.

Social-ready sharing

Every shareable moment has a finished server-rendered artifact in Link / IG Square / IG Story format. Recipients see the card itself before they ever tap.

The studio library

A curated library of card treatments, hero templates, layout presets, compass variants, reveal animations, and audio cues you can pick from on day one.

Accessibility

Cue captions for deaf collectors. Full gamepad nav with PS5 glyphs. Reduced-motion respect across every subsystem. A one-tap motion permission flow on iOS.

Our ongoing engineering

We keep building. Your deployment picks up engine improvements without a re-deploy from your side.

What you bring

The IP. The voice. The audience.

The platform is ours. What goes on it is yours.

Your IP and brand

Your card art

Your brand voice

Your auth (when ready)

Your audience

Your editorial team

What each of these covers →

Your IP

Licensed sports collections, entertainment franchises, original characters, achievement systems, sponsor properties, loyalty drops. If it's worth collecting, TiltView can render it.

Your card art

Whatever shape it lives in today — a single flat image per card, foil-ready art, or full video. We don't require a specific input shape; the engine adapts.

Your brand voice

Every user-visible word can be yours — labels, buttons, even what we call a pack. Set accent colors, fonts, chrome tint. What collectors see is your brand, top to bottom.

Your auth

Your existing accounts, your loyalty program, your store login. Your sign-in, your backend — wired in at the start; every screen follows.

Your audience

You bring the collectors. We bring the canvas they collect on.

Your editorial team

For sets with hero compositions, your designers fill the slots in the studio. For card art, your art team ships assets straight through — everyone gets the access their role needs. We equip the creative team you already have.

Who owns what

The short version: you own yours, we own ours.

Settled up front, so the boundary question never slows the deal down.

You own your cards. Your brand. Your collector data. Your editorial. Your assets.

We own the platform. The engine. The chassis. The patent filing.

You can leave with your IP. Always.

The longer version of each line →

What stays yours

Everything you ship into the deployment is yours. Your catalog, your art, your collector accounts, your marketplace integration, your editorial copy, your set hero compositions. We don’t take ownership of anything you bring to the partnership.

What stays ours

TiltView, CollectionVault, the interaction model, the choreography and the engine, the authoring tools, the patent filing — these stay with Nexus Game Theory. Partnership grants you a license to use them under the agreement; it doesn’t transfer ownership.

The off-ramp

If a partnership ends, you take your catalog, collector data, art, and editorial with you. Nothing of yours gets held hostage. The platform stays ours; what you put on it stays yours. Off-ramp terms are in every agreement.

How the deal looks

A few standard shapes. None of them surprising.

Three common structures. We start from how your business runs and pick the shape that fits it.

Structure 01

License + royalty

Structure 02

Build + revenue share

Structure 03

Custom drop

What each structure fits →

01 · You run it

Annual platform license + a per-collector or per-pack royalty. Fits brands with their own audience and infrastructure who want the engine and chassis under their own roof. We support; you run.

02 · We run it with you

We build the deployment and run it; we share the upside with you. Fits brands and IP holders who want to launch a collection product without standing up the infrastructure. Lower upfront cost, longer-term partnership.

03 · One campaign, then decide

A bounded engagement to ship a specific campaign — a championship drop, a sponsor activation, a limited-event collection. Fixed scope, fixed timeline. Fits brands testing the format before a longer commitment.

Specific pricing and royalty rates get settled in that first conversation. We’d rather understand your scale and audience before we put numbers on a page.

The day-one library

You don't start from a blank page.

You start from a library five years deep, so launch week belongs to your brand.

33+ card looks

7 hero templates

6 stack layouts

7 lens compasses

4 reveal styles

10 hover moods

What inheriting it means for you →

The whole shelf is yours on day one. Your designers pick what fits the property, re-skin it in your accent colors and type, and the deployment reads as your brand before the first card ships. Anything we add to the library afterward lands in your deployment too.

Evaluate without giving us anything

Kick the tires without a single integration.

The full product runs in a browser with demo personas — day-one collector, mid-journey, finished showcase — no account, no backend, nothing to send us.

Branding

White-label, co-brand, or full TiltView — your call.

The deployment’s branding posture is a setting, not a re-engineering.

What each posture looks like →

Some partners want the deployment to read entirely as theirs — their brand, their domain, no visible TiltView attribution. We do that.

Others want the “Powered by TiltView” attribution because their audience trusts the underlying technology. We do that too.

Same code, same chassis either way — and if you change your mind a season in, moving between postures is a switch we flip.

White-label

No TiltView branding visible to collectors. Footer attribution optional. Your domain, your brand, your everything.

Co-brand

"Powered by TiltView" attribution in the footer. Some partners want this — the technology brand carries trust.

Full TiltView

For brand drops that ship under the TiltView name itself (rare, but it happens). Your IP, our brand, joint venture treatment.

Timeline

From first call to first drop, measured in weeks.

Discovery and capability mapping take about two weeks. Concept and build run six to ten weeks depending on scope. Drops and evolution are ongoing.

Let’s talk about your IP

The deal is the easy part. Your IP is the conversation.

Bring us what you have, tell us what you want to ship, and we’ll come back with the structure that fits.
